General Instructions
- A valid college ID card is mandatory for registration and participation.
- Registration fee:Rs.100/- per participant.
- Payment is not refundable.
- Team size :1-4 members(may vary according to events).
- All participants must register before the deadline specified by the organizers (25.09.25).
- Judges decision will be the final.
- Each participant is allowed to register for only 2 events. Based on slot availability participants are allowed to participate in other events also.
- If you are registering for Paper Presentation as a group(max:3),each member in a group should register seperately by uploading same abstract. Will be considered as a team and approach you for further details.
- Certificate will be provided as hard copy to all participants.
- Lunch and registration kit will be provided.
- On Spot registration will be available based on slot availability.
- Participants will be divided into batches (ex:batch1,batch 2) and they will be allotted with specific time slot for participation in events.

How to Reach SRM Valliammai Engineering College
By Train
Take any Chennai Beach – Tambaram – Chengalpattu suburban train and get down at Potheri Railway Station. The college is just a 10-minute walk from the station.
By Bus
From different parts of Chennai, you can take MTC buses going towards Chengalpattu on GST Road. Get down at VPT / Valliammai College stop. Some bus numbers are 500, 500A, 500D, 500E, 500W, 118, 118ET. The campus is a short walk from the stop.
